Serving Those Who Have Served: Veterans

Of the nearly 21 million veterans across the United States, over 360,000 live in Maryland, according to U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs statistics.

As part of my social impact initiative, I am currently a volunteer administrative aid for organizations Veterans 5-9 as well as Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW).

Veterans 5-9 mission is to provide nighttime and weekend resources to Veterans who are homeless, exiting the Military, incarcerated, Veterans needing resource options for substance abuse, mental health, food, and transportation.
